Playground Fun

There's a new park in the neighborhood and we just love it!  It's still under construction but the playground area is completed.  Once more funds have been raised, the park will have a basketball court (which is already finished), walking trail, a football field, and a pavilion.

We took advantage of the warmer weather over the weekend and played at the park.  Best thing was we had the entire playground to ourselves so, that being said, I didn't mind acting like a big kid.  I grabbed a swing and started swinging as high as I could.  I thought for sure I was going to make myself sick.  My daughter was even a little perplexed about my behavior and asked when I was going to stop swinging.  I giggled like a little girl and remembered how much fun I had as a kid swinging on our sing set.

As you can see, we had a great time.  Can't wait for more playground fun.
